Alpha Estates is a local company owned by John Le Tissier (m. 07781 123149) and David Ingrouille (m. 07781 106040). We provide a full range of Estate Agency Services including Residential and Commercial Sales, Bespoke Property Management and Letting, and Auctions. Discrete, Personal Approach

In addition to those properties advertised on the website, we also have a number of instructions for discrete marketing. If you are looking for a specific type of property, it may be that we are able to introduce you to a property that is not being actively marketed. Quite simply we believe in taking a highly personal approach to matching people and property. Whilst we regularly advertise within selected property publications, a large proportion of our business is through referral and personal recommendation. In the last 15 months, approximately 15% of our sales have occurred without the property being formally advertised or in some cases even reaching the market. If you are looking and have not registered with us, please do give us a call to discuss your requirements.

We believe that people enjoy being able to always speak directly to the person trying to sell their house. In addition, by working with a smaller agency your property is more likely to receive maximum exposure with each of the potential purchasers we speak to, rather than having to compete with hundreds of properties.
