Alpha Estates, although a new name within the Guernsey property market, is by no means a company
lacking in experience. Until very recently you could find a face familiar to all in the property world at
another well known estate agency, but after spending many happy and successful years there, John Le Tissier,
along with business partner and long time friend David Ingrouille, decided that the time was right to form
Alpha Estates.
Sales & Letting Specialists
The partners bring their own specialist knowledge to the company. David is the company's property
management and letting expert. Having spent most of his career in the finance industry, David combines his considerable
finance experience with many years of letting and managing properties, as well as over seeing property developments. In
addition, David has written all of Alpha Estates leases and letting agreements, allowing us to offer a tailor made
package to suit all property management needs.
John is our residential sales specialist. We think it is safe to say that all of the countless
property transactions he has overseen have been completed with a smile! We genuinely realise that the decisions you
make in relation to property are generally the biggest material commitments of your life. We are here to offer good,
honest and completely impartial advice.
