Our key aim is to provide an economical yet comprehensive Property Letting and
Management Service. We believe that our approach to Property Management is unique in Guernsey
as we individually build each package to suit our client. We also strictly limit the number of
properties that we will undertake to manage at any one time to 30. This ensures that we are able
to devote the appropriate amount of time and resources to protecting the landlords property.

belief that good professional relationships develop over time and we pledge to ensure that

of your property and tenants.
As our relationship develops and we get the opportunity to provide further
information, you will see that we operate completely differently from other management companies
in that tailor-made solutions are available to all clients, regardless of revenue or number of
properties. This is based around the 'user pays' principle and ensures you are only charged for
services you require. Most other agencies have a flat rate and little flexibility.
